There you will find 4 red Goblins, 4 Green golbins and a stray dog. If you go west of Hot Spring Town you will eventually get to a route named Hot Spring Town SW. If you say yes Nanako will gain a Bitch level after having sex with the dog. Talk to the man and he will offer Nanako to get fucked by his dog for 5000 gold. Inside the Hot Spring Town Inn on Floor 3 there is an obese rich man with his dog. You must find 4 different dogs to achieve this status and it can get kinda difficult to find them all so here is a guide for it. If you get all 4, Nanako will be able to get pregnant with dogs.
